The distillery represents the realization of a long-held dream: to produce whisky.
For over a decade, Canadian grain spirits had been matured in white oak casks at the distillery with the future goal of whisky production in mind. These spirits were later blended with malt whisky distilled in-house to create a richly layered blended whisky, Kamiji.
